Sales & Marketing Associate

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Sales & Marketing Associate will work closely with the sales and marketing team to execute a broad, end-to-end range of activities, from the firm’s communications and marketing efforts as well as prospect pipeline management. This role will be tasked with the following functions:
- Managing, updating and scheduling sales, and marketing presentations and collateral
- Regularly enter, update, analyze, and report data on sales pipeline
- Manage a library of literature and analysis for sales, marketing, and clients
- Develop, manage, write/edit marketing letters and other marketing materials
- Assist in operational and event coordination and planning
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate possesses strong execution skills and is able to prioritize and manage several projects and deadlines at once in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional written communication and presentation skills – able to present new ideas
- Strong facility with full Microsoft Office Suite – specifically PowerPoint and Excel – focused on designing presentations, editing and analyzing data
- Experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) database preferred
- Team player and works with a sense of urgency while preserving a strong attention to detail and organization
- BA/BS degree or equivalent lived experience required and a minimum of 2 years of transferable work experience
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $70,000- $90,000
- Health, Vision, and Dental insurance
- 20 days PTO
